We just wanted to stress how important and helpful running is for weight loss.   Along with running another thing you should use is vitamins for weight loss.   If you can combine these two very effective and overlooked routines you will be happy quick and feeling great.

How fast will I lose weight running?

Many people ask that and it's hard to say, it is different from person to person.  Someone that needs to lose 30 pounds and is 250lbs will lose weight faster than someone that needs to lose 5 pounds and is average weight.   It all depends on a persons body, but it is a well known fact running is one of the healthiest ways to lose weight fast.  Like said above combine it with eating healthy and vitamins and you will do great.

You're moving, your being active and burning calories.   This ones and obvious one but it will beat any pill or operation you can get.   It works as fast as any weight loss program!


First Steps Before and During Running.

Eat Less! This is an obvious one and harder to do than said. But if you can eat less you will need to do less work to lose weight.  Don't starve yourself but eat healthier and combine that with running and it will do wonders.  A lot of people run or workout and then they get hungry and just put in the calories they lost.   

Change Your Thoughts!

"We become what we think about" This was a big one for me and changed my life.  I realized I kept putting things off or doing things that only hurt me because those were my thoughts.  Pretend at first you love running and then trick your brain and actually try and like it.   Stop thinking how annoying it is or how tired you are or other excuses.  This is huge but under rated for sure. So catch your thoughts and start thinking more about what you want to do instead of what you want to avoid. 

Running Tips.

Run on a schedule, try and keep a routine to keep you motivated and geared up.  It's easy to run a few times than start to put it off more and more and then you just get out of routine.   Set a reminder on your phone/email/calender etc, this will help keep you in routine.  

Make it Harder than Easier.

Push yourself a little more than you want to and you will see faster results.  It's easy to stop when your body says ok I'm tired.  Just keep those motivating thoughts going and push yourself, you will feel better about yourself and your workout overall. 

Two of the most important things are what you're thinking and what you're eating.  These are very under estimated and can't be fixed by a simple pill.   If you can stay positive motivated and eat better it will all come together and become easier and easier and you will start to enjoy running for weight loss.
